Periodization, or Periodized Training is an organized approach to training that involves progressively cycling various aspects of a conditioning program during a specific periods of time. Workouts are designed so that each week builds on the previous one to achieve targeted specific goals. This system of training is typically divided up into three types of cycles: microcycle, mesocycle, and macrocycle.
We do all three, our training programs prepare athletes for their upcoming season by improving physical skills and maximizing performance. We are here during your summer and winter breaks to make sure you remain fit for the game and ready when the next season gets underway. For a select group of programs/schools, we also provide strength and conditioning programs during both in-season and out-of-season.
Most session are scheduled after school and work, but we do provide early mornings and weekends as available.
A fitness program designed to decrease acute and overuse injuries in athletes that generally include exercises for cardiovascular, strength training, flexibility and sports-specific programing. Alternating exercises for different muscle groups to improve proper alignment and muscle balance.
Individual Program Classes are schedule by arrangement on a first come first serve basis. Team programs are schedule through the head coach/administrator.

Classes are schedule by arrangement on a first come first serve basis. You may cancel an individual lessons at no cost providing 24hrs. notice, but failure to attend your scheduled lesson may result in forfeiture of that scheduled time slot going forward.
